Step by Step Printing Guide (Very Easy)

Step 1: Install PVC Tray

Open printer. Remove normal paper tray. Put PVC tray. Place blank card in tray.

Step 2: Open Software

Open Card Express Pvc Software.

In software, select these:

Common Problems (And Easy Fixes)

Problem: Text is not in center

Fix: Go to alignment setting in software. Change X and Y value. Do test print on paper. Adjust until center.

Problem: Double side print not matching

Fix: Print front side. Flip card (rotate, don't turn over). Print back side.

Problem: Colors are light or faded

Fix: Go to printer properties. Select "High Quality" mode. Also clean printer nozzles.

Problem: Printer not pulling the card

Fix: Clean rubber rollers inside printer. Or try single card only. Cheap cards sometimes slippery.

Problem: Card stuck inside printer

Fix: Turn off printer. Gently pull card out. Use thin PVC card (0.03mm only).
